FAQ

  • What types of music do you compose?

We primarily cater to wind ensembles, however jazz bands, orchestra, or choral ensemble music may be available. Unless requested we do not sell or provide solo or duo music.

  • How does the purchasing process work?

After checking out your cart, and purchasing your item(s), you should immediately receive an email confirming your purchase and providing a feedback form, as well as a comment form for any special modifications or parts you’d like to request. Soon there after, 1 - 4 business days later you will receive and email with a PDF copy of your score, as well as parts and the audio file.

  • How does the commission process work?

After requesting a commission, you will soon receive an email requesting information on the piece you requested. After filling out the email, a first draft will be delivered relatively quickly (depending on duration of course), and revisions can be made there on out.

  • How long does a commission/composition take?

It very much depends on the duration and style of piece. It may take anywhere for a day to a year, however the estimates can be narrowed to a style. For 2-5 minute wind band compositions you can expect a draft in a week. For 5 - 10 minutes it may be up to 3 weeks. For orchestra, it will be much longer in all regards.

  • What are your licensing options?

Licensing is a tricky thing here, most of our compositions are protected works, really only purchasable. HOWEVER there are two exceptions that being; the MAJORITY of packets or fundamental exercises are public domain, and while purchasable, are not technically protected products. As well as in the case of “masterworks” such as A Glorious Rift Fills The Celestia which is more or less only available via rent.

  • Can You Arrange Existing Music?

While we are able to arrange existing music, the material MUST be public domain, and the creative freedom MUST be provided, as we will not compromise the signature compositional style to produce any products.
